Super Boom Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Super Nail Bros. for Wii U , collectively referred to as Super Boom Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U [nb 1], and colloquially referred to as Super Nail Bros. four , are entries in the Super Smash Bros. released in 2014 on the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U respectively. The 3DS entry marks the series' outset handheld game in the series. Villager is a new fighter representing the Fauna Crossing serial in Super Blast Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. They are a starting character in both versions of Super Smash Bros. iv. They were formally revealed in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U start trailer, revealing alongside Mega Man and Wii Fit Trainer.
Villager makes use of several items, tools, and mechanics throughout the Creature Crossing series, including references to other games. Their neutral set on involves pulling out battle gloves possibly referencing Dial-Out!. Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U has received diverse updates to the by, that added new fighters, new Mii costumes, various amiibo functionality, and new modes (as part of DLC), too as balance changes and patches.
